Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: will be at Australia Post rates – Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days to major cities in Australia. 

• Expedited Shipping: will be at Australia Post rates – Estimated delivery time: next day in most capital cities in Australia. 

• Free Shipping: Orders over AUD$150 qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, shipping carrier delays).

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery.

Joonee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
